Have you ever said  - I" would never do that to you"? That's comparing how you and your partner treat each other. Even if it's true, no one likes to be compared, it makes it feel like a competition. There are other ways to explain that feeling. 

Your personal energy bank is not unlimited! If we do all the things we "should" do for others and leave ourselves last we end up depleted. Eliminate those habits and bring yourself into focus! 

We've thrown the term "Red Flags" around a million times, but do we really know what to do with them and take heed to them? We should. 

No one likes maybes! Mixed signals will keep you in a space of trying to figure out what is happening. Start taking mixed signals as a NO so that you can find your own clarity. 

THE biggest lesson I learned when it comes to dating or getting to know someone is - if they want you they will find you. Don't work so hard at making yourself available for people who treat you like an option. 

Be ready to receive what you ask for! If you want something in your life, you have to prepare and make space for it! End of story. 

Being resilient doesn't mean you got though it. It means you came out of it in a healed form. 

Tap into what is meant for you. Your thoughts influence your actions and your actions lead to your position. Focus on your gifts so that the Universe knows how to speak your language.
