Even in a relationship, there is still two separate journeys - personal growth and growth as a couple. We all move at different speeds when it comes to learning and evolving. There will be times that it doesn't always feel like you and your partner are on the same page. Be aware of where both of your journeys to make sense of it. 

If you don't handle the small things they will handle you. Let's talk about how to navigate the little things that get in our way and our focus on the big picture. 

What does it mean to really be yourself in a relationship and how people handle that?

Sometimes we start writing a love story in our mind with people that will never fit the part. Write a love story that you can really fall in love with!

1 + 1 = 3 doesn't make sense right? It doesn't have to when it comes to love, as long you you're creating something greater than yourself. When you become a true unit with someone you can do more than just add to each other to you can multiply!

You know those moments when you're just about to walk away or accept that things aren't going to move forward with someone? Then they reach out and do or say something to keep you hanging on...that's a life jacket. Let me explain.

Sometimes we let people stay in our life longer than we should because we date their potential instead of their patterns. It's great to find the best in people but don't forget you're not dating who someone could be you are dating who they are!

There's a lesson in every struggle if you can learn it. However, if you find yourself going through the same cycle of lessons than you're forcing yourself to EARN what you already know!
